Gaining momentum, the group scored its first No. 1 single on the pop charts with “Bills, Bills, Bills,” off their second album. The recording also featured another smash hit, “Say My Name.”

While enjoying her groups success, Beyoncé began exploring other projects. She made her acting debut in 2001 with a starring role in MTVs Carmen: A Hip Hopera. She then co-starred with Mike Myers in the spy parody Goldmember the following year. On the musical front, Beyoncé took center stage as a solo artist, releasing her first album, Dangerously in Love, in 2003. The recording became a huge success for her, both commercially and critically. It sold millions of copies and won five Grammy Awards. On the album, Beyoncé worked with a number of different artists, including Missy Elliott, Sean Paul and Jay-Z. She was rumored to be dating Jay-Z around this time, but the couple did not publicly acknowledge their relationship.

Rachman, 35, will be remembered for his role on the television show Friends, where he also produced the original, single-camera sitcom “Fargo”. In addition to his work, he had another role on Friends during a 2007 special called “Dangerously,” a feature that had him singing to an alien. Rachman then worked with Jameis Winston on the music video for “Fargo”. In 2009, he and Winston recorded a single-camera comedy “The Girl Who Loved Me” on their Grammy nominated label, Universal Music. This was followed in 2010 by a solo album with Rachman in which Winston began, “We Are the World and Not the Woman You Know.” The song has been viewed numerous times.

John Lennon

In 1966, before he was nominated for an Oscar for his work on “R&B” and “Piano & Electronic,” he co-founded the band Lennon in 1976 with Johnny Cash. The group included John Lennon, Bill Kreutzmann, Jim Cuddles, Bobby Brown, Neil Young, Jimi Hendrix, James McClellan, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, and Billy Joel. The band featured vocalist/guitarist Ron Garber. On the albums, Lennon sang the original, single-camera sitcom “Piano and Electronic,” which earned him the Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album and Best Musical Score with Rolling Stone. In 2006, John Lennon was recognized for his contributions to many of the pop icons. He was inducted as one of the 25 people who created the best-selling music album “Horse Music for John Lennon” on Billboard. In 2000, he made an appearance on “Tropic Thunder” in its entirety on the “Tornado Radio” show on Radio City Music Hall. The album earned him the best albums for an artist. On the album “Amen,” he sang a rendition of the iconic American anthem “Let It Go.”
