I dont want to just inform them about the game, I want to spend my time developing, training and supporting my team. I truly believe that by shown my team that I care about them and their success will help me get closer to them. This will make my job much easier knowing that they are like my own kids. Second, it is a challenge to take a person and develop the skills they have in them. It would be the best feeling in the world helping a person discover their true talent. Third it is also a challenge to take those players that have a hard time or dont have much skill and making them team players to help their team. Fourth, coaching is fun. Going to practice is a way to know my players really good and we would joke around once in a while. Being a coach you have to make sure that your team is having fun. The main reason to play a sport is to have fun in it. Last but not least, respect. I like the respect you get by accomplishing your job. People are really friendly to you and they look up to you. I would become like a role model for many people not just my players.
We all face many conflict in our lives. One conflict that I think I will experience in my coaching career is that I wont be able to please everyone such as parents, players, and public. It is very hard to please everyone and when you are a coach, in fact it is impossible. I know that as a coach I have to make my most professionals decisions and on the best evidence possible. The conflict that I could face with athletes is that most athletes find sports a meaningful experience and when they fail to adjust to my rules or unable to follow my routines they might have other interest and become quitters or maybe they have lack of patience. It would make it easier for me to work with the player with self-discipline and want to learn compare to one that doesnt pay attention and its really not interested. This is a good conflict that I would definitely experience in my coaching career.

We have been in contact with them over the years about various issues with our site, from what they have done with our information to our plans for the fan base. These were all difficult issues for them to resolve through legal action or a dispute, but they managed to go for the last step and resolve these issues in the best way possible. To this day, no one has made good on their promise, but we are grateful to them for taking the time to put a stop to each of these issues. When that time is over, we hope that the fans feel it is best to not to be involved with TPS anymore.
