Some of the people in our barangay are beneficiaries of this program.  In my opinion the program that been launched is great help in our barangay because it helps them to uplift their lives in poverty. The program aims is to provide opportunity to receive health care and good quality of education for their children. It also tells or emphasizing the rights of every woman and child. This is a great help for them and they have many benefits that is given for its beneficiaries.  Because of this program made by our government poverty in our country especially in our barangay may reduce. On the other hand I thought what if they just depend in their lives in that particular program. The beneficiaries who are not totally poor are also benefited from this program but how about those people who are suffering from poverty that unnoticed by the government that is not included in it. Sometimes people who are benefited from this do not deserve it because in some reason. I’ve notice in our barangay some of them they just use this money for wicked activities such as gambling and drinking.  Sometimes it gets way to not work because they know that they can receive money.

For those people who are beneficiaries of this program you need to treasure what our government given to you. Do not use the money for useless things but rather use it to improve your life. It is good that this program is launched because the poverty will decrease. And are consequently we will be developed our economy. Rather than to complain that life is hard just make a way on how to change your life.  For the children also try your best to improve your career because you are given the opportunity for you lifted your life.The program is good they just need to improve more the program they should give livelihood instead of giving them monthly allowance so that they can be more responsible in doing their job as good citizen of the barangay and the country. Of course our government must also observe and see if who really need the benefits. During today seem to be ever-increasing number of poor reasons of unemployed and there still be the top price of goods. So they need more effective solution to meet the demand of the citizens.
