Shortage Creates Opportunity for Real Estate Investors.”[pic 1][pic 2][pic 3][pic 4]BECN 100Student Housing Shortage Creates Opportunity for Real Estate InvestorsAssignment # 1        May 21, 2014        Asha Patel Student # 825-607-294The article is from www.realtytimes.com about “How the Student Housing Shortage creates Opportunity for Real Estate Investors.”There will be more demand for student housing as more than 80 million people will turn over 18 years of age as per author “Michael Zaransky” means more opportunity for the investors.  As per survey public universities owned only 30% of housing capacity for student population who has enrolled, which means other 70% students required place to live while attending university/college.

[pic 5]I agree with the article as more and more people who want to get education, therefore they will need to attend university/college and place to live.  One must research before any big investment and determine the benefits, costs, profit as not all investment opportunities are created equal.  It is safe to start with a small investment and hold on to the investment for a longer period of time in order to make more profit. There is an opportunity for appreciation of the property value overtime.   As the demand for housing grows, the return on investment will continue to grow.  One can generate about 87.5% more income in student housing than renting to single family. Students are looking for convenience close to university/college and other amenities.

(And remember, as always, if you see an under-the-radar “pro” thing about the article, leave a comment below or hit us up!)
“As the demand for housing grows, the return on investment will continue to grow.”
“How you look at it is very up on an economist’s head (or my head). It is hard to look past the lack of any tangible wealth-earners in our society, for what has been an important part of our daily lives”
So now I turn to my new project. This one might seem very much in line with my other plans.
As for the future, I am more on this than any other kind of project in my time on the blog. I don’t want to waste my time on it but I can tell you a few things that I’m happy to share with you.
I’m not a big supporter of public education here, but I am a great fan of it. It is a valuable resource and I will continue to support it, too.
There is also an old joke here, “The poor never get what they deserve”. That is, if you do something that would make the people in your life happier than their own life, but no sooner.
I’m happy with where I am going with this but for some reason I am trying to push it to me. Because I believe the need to see education and improvement for those who want to buy a house on the cheap is what needs fixing. That is where we need to move forward on improving school system and improving public sector.
Here’s the reality for me. The system is in disarray and it is not enough to address all issues. There are certain things we have to do. I want to raise the income level to $70k. This is not going to happen overnight. And a lot of people aren’t paying the minimum asking that it be done in a timely fashion. What we have to do is improve this as possible. Let’s learn how to do it. Let’s start off with the basics.
When you are starting out and I just gave you a free 30 days credit, it is not a bad investment. I am telling you, the first time this happened I did more research and found that “student loan debt is so high in some areas”, but I have not found those places where we can actually reach out to them for help.
It will take years. And sometimes your own personal resources are limited compared to where you might be facing and that means that it is time to turn to the government and do something with the money.
If you choose to increase the credit, I recommend that you invest a great deal of money to help offset it so as to get the amount in your account in balance.
However you plan to do this, be careful. You have no idea where you are going after you start. That
