Bank Alfalah Ltd is one of the largest and fastest growing banks of the country. Its Islamic banking network is second in the country. To further expand our Islamic banking in Peshawar we need Sales Staff for our existing and upcoming branches. The salient features and eligibility for the position are as under:

Job Title: Business Development Officer (DBO).
Location: Bank Alfalah Islamic Banking at Jamrud Road or Hayatabad Peshawar.
Major challenges of the Job : To procure deposits as per agreed targets, to aggressively market our consumer products (car ijara & Home Musharika), to submit feed back about market response and suggest changes to make our products more attractive, to continuously analyze products of our competitors and devise strategies to maintain banks position as the market leader.

Status /Salary: Initially the candidates will be hired on contractual basis for one year. In addition to monthly salary of Rs 12,000/, a handsome commission on meeting targets is also part of the package. The average monthly commission, our BDOs earn, is around Rs. 35,000/. And high achievers are earning as much as Rs150, 000/p.m.

Eligibility: candidates with a postgraduate or a graduate (4-yaers) degree preferably in business can be considered provided they have a flare for marketing and extremely dedicated to continuously surpass expectations.
