The American dream is an idea that is important to every American a great paying job, with loving family and friends. Attaining the Baby Boomer generation American dream was a little different then that the Millennia’s.

With the president of the United States of America being killed on television being on of the most important thing I the Baby Boomers generation this brought the people together in away. The Baby Boomers generation family was a very close one the American dream was very important to the people of this time. With the technology of Baby Boomers generations not really being were it is today the American dream was obtained a lot different then the Millennial. A high school education was very important to the men and women of the Baby Boomers generation. Most of the rich or successful men in the families of the Baby Boomers were in the military or work manual labor job. Education was not really important at this time unless you were a teacher doctor or lawyer. The man was the leader in the home he work all day and came home to his wife and kids.

The wife played an important role in the American Dream in the Baby Boomers generation, her role was to stay at home and raise the kids. She did not go to school she would stay and help her kids with their homework and have dinner done by the time her husband was home. She did not any kind of education to gain her American Dream she only needed to find a man that had a good job and money. This made the woman’s role in the Baby Boomers really important because she would have to selfless and very giving. Her sons were raise to follow his father footsteps and either take over his job if he worked in a plant or follow his footsteps and join the military. The first born son in the Baby Boomers played an important role in the American Dream he would work at the age of sixteen or start a learning trait in high school. His little sister would watch her mother and learn every

I wanted to think about some other young women I have been with in the past, but I just couldn’t find any that suited me. So I went looking for female to a company and found a beautiful woman. She was an employee who had just completed her Master’s of Education. She was in her mid-twenties at the time. She had just completed her PhD at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Now she was a professor in her late sixties and she was at the top of her research in a group project about the evolution of social and environmental changes in the Great Plains of the United States from pre-modern times, from the pre-WWF on, to today, and she was a director in the Bhopal General Services Administration and her research was conducted for the US Department of Energy, which is a major global energy company in Canada, so she had been at the centre of a lot of this research. Her work was very important, and for any human being it is their fundamental responsibility to take part in the development of a society that is healthy, stable and just – well, they have made good progress in many areas which will take a few years. What is really important in a women’s work is how she is working to understand her surroundings, to not only create opportunities but also to establish good relationships with people and with government. So I looked for a girl in early sixties, who had spent a lot of time in the 1960s working with people from around the country, from Boston, New York, Chicago and Shanghai. She was from America and she didn’t feel lonely at all. Her family went to the Middle East, China and many of their friends had had to leave their family in the middle of the civil war; she had spent a lot of time in the area of war rehabilitation. She was the co-director of the Bhopal Department of Emergency Medicine and a health care worker working with civilians, which is a great place to work. She worked in several organizations, such as the Community Health Center in Bhopal and many other non-profit facilities. She didn’t want to be left behind in a situation where she was not sure where the next step would be, but that is a different topic.

Another group of Bhopal volunteers were here and had helped with the project: Young Women’s Union of Bhopal. Their purpose was to help get young women into the profession and help them to find jobs and to get up and become productive. They brought back a lot of their clients whom they would know could have careers and they brought back a lot of them that they had never seen. Since they were here, and had also donated as much of their time to help in this project, the group was quite large. Women who worked here in the early days and had been with these groups, got lots of help: young women, younger people. A number of young women who had gone to work for these organizations in the early days, when they were working with these groups found jobs that they hadn’t been able to find. But we thought about this and said ‘let’s do something about this.’

I looked them in the eyes and said ‘yes’. They had asked a lot of questions about themselves. You didn’t ask that question on the job site, you could ask more. You could ask what they think of you. You needed to decide,
