EqualityEqualityI think Equality is the most important tenet of the American creed to me. As an immigrant, I think everyone should be treated in the same way equally no matter what race you are. Racial discrimination still exists in the society today. For example, the average income of white men is at least five times more than the average income of black men. Why is it much easier for white people to get a higher level job? Because white people are the only group that are considered Native Americans. However, there may be a lot more people who work much harder never have chance to get promotion because they have different colors of skin. People are born as equal, and no one is better than another. I think every culture has its own value, and it should be respected. How we determine a person is by his personality but not skin. In addition, people who are disabled are supposed to be treated equal as well. We have no right to prejudge people by their look
The Values of American Folklife “It’s not a lot to take in or a lot to take away, but it’s essential to us as Americans to realize that Americans as a whole are made of diverse Americans, who work hard and deserve to have their country treated that way.”
At a minimum, Americans should be treated as equal in every regard. When people get offended in public situations, try not to be offended in private.
In the public where these discussions go, it doesn’t really matter. All the big issues have to do with class, race, ethnicity, and classism, not about the content of a comment.
It is always important to be respectful to people’s feelings and expectations. This includes people’s opinion. What you have to know to be polite is that people don’t always agree with you. But there is a lot that you can do if you’re allowed to.
And, of course, we all have different lives to live, so if you’re not allowed to be disrespectful or to think that white people are special or special because they have a better place in society, just think for a moment about that for yourself.
Being a part of my culture gets even more important than being in it. But that doesn’t mean that everyone has to try to conform to everyone on the Internet or to do everything wrong. But those who attempt to do these things, whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, or whatever other outlets on their home platform, they’re either living out fantasies or they’re dealing with reality.
My hope is that as we all come together and come together to say that some things matter, they will become more tolerable and not more difficult to deal with. And that’s what all Americans have to do to keep that light shining on our own success, not theirs.
We also have to recognize that life’s work is about many things. It’s about loving the earth you love, supporting your neighbors, giving back to the environment, looking after your child and making sure the things you love the most are getting done. It’s about the best gifts you can give someone.
And so I always encourage my friends to take pride in what they do. This is my motto: “The first person out there should do what they want to do. Don’t be a slave to others when it comes to something that doesn’t make sense.”, and with that simple message came my most enduring hope.
The second person in front of you has to be just as courageous as you, no matter your background, political orientation, or how you identify. But sometimes you’ll always be an ally of your side, and sometimes you can always step back and say what you do best, but that doesn’t mean that you should stop your life to talk about it. A friend of mine told me that she didn’t stop talking about it until she was 30 and started to think about how things had changed in her life.
A lot of times when the conversation is around where we come from and our experiences, it can feel overwhelming just to know people from different culture who have such different perspectives. I think they’re all going to need to find some way to open up about some aspects of their lives and then say that it’s not a big deal just to be able to connect with them. People need to be open to talking about their own experiences and how they think about their personal lives.
I’d just like to take some time to say that people should talk about how they feel in their lives and feel like they belong in their communities.
