Traditional retailers are facing serious threats and challenges in the face of e-commerce and online shopping destination; for any retailer to survive it is essential in a constantly advancing technologically society that latest developments in retail shopping needs are on the radar, this may mean having both tangible shopping outlets and easy access to intangible online stores.

How should people respond to a new consumer lifestyle and their perceived experience of traditional retail? How should we address the impact of the digital environment on those who use digital outlets? Can consumers get a hold of these two categories of consumers, and how should consumers in traditional stores see such a store and its retail outlets? What actions should they take, based on what they perceive and the data that will be received about those consumers? All this I urge from each of you to share with your friends who may use the new environment and/or the Internet to express their interests; I have come to encourage that conversation at the table. The more people can share ideas and information about consumer behavior, the more the more the future will be better for consumers, while at the same time they won’t be able to see what those users want from a real, global retail store.
