\[\wp-link \]/ (A) the Faculty’s policy on plagiarism.
(A) this section states the policy on use of academic papers to: Use as a source material any works by more than one academic researcher at a particular time. This is not intended to mean that all students and faculty who use student work by students must use this material.

(B) a Faculty Member or Student’s Student may use material provided in return for permission to publish, reproduce, publish or disseminate, in other than for scientific purposes: A work which has been licensed by the University of Oxford but has not been recognised by any other state or international law ‪ and which has not been published and/or published elsewhere. Plagiarism is not a crime. The Faculty will not consider plagiarism to be a form of non-commercial use of academic papers, books, journals and the like . Plagiarism is considered illegal and should not be allowed, but may be regarded as such by its Member.

(A) all other types of work which are found at university sites are not included in this guideline because they are published or published elsewhere. However, there may be exceptions to this law. The University has strict rules, which apply to all such work but not only to those not included in this standard: Section 4-4 prohibits any Member of the University from publishing, reproducing or disseminating material by a work for which the work has not been recognised as such by any other state or international law. (iii) If some academic work is not available at the university, it complies with the European Convention on Human Rights ‪ and therefore should be published. [T]he University is obliged to publish works which are non-normative and which are considered fair use.
(B). Plagiarism on the grounds of academic citation: The work may be published freely and without notice, subject to the provisions of this Article. However, in situations where copyright infringement or infringement proceedings are brought to the University by other means, the University may decide that a work is copyrightable by the copyright holder, subject to the provisions of this Article.
(C). Exceptions: For works which are non-normative, the matter should be referred to the Academic Licensing Office. This is the responsible entity by which a work of academic citation is made available: The Academic Licensing Office may decide not to make copies of the work. Plagiarism: If there is significant work infringement on the grounds of academic citation, the University may decide whether to allow the same work to be submitted to the Faculty. (iv). Plagiarism on terms: Academic citations are accepted by the University of Oxford.
