CitizenshipEssay title: CitizenshipStating that I’m a American citizen I really can’t explain what the role of a Canadian citizen would be. So I’m just going to talk about what I understand the role of a American citizen should be in the U.S.

As American citizen I feel as though participating in the political process should become a law in the U.S because many American bicker and complain about their local mayor, representatives, or the president, but the citizens who complain are those that do not get out in vote. These citizens go on national T.V and bash political parties and cause big arguments but yet couldn’t even take out time to go and vote. This is beginning to cause a problem in the U.S and is causing many problems. Due to the fact that the citizens causing these problems don’t vote I believe they should be thrown in jail , ticketed or fined because this absolutely makes no sense what so ever.

I believe as a citizen of the U.S once you become a American there shall be no special privileges no matter where u from. I don’t mean to sound rude and crude but I hate the fact that Indians and other cultures get paid just to be a citizen and live in the U.S. I just don’t thin its fair because we have true American citizens people that were actually born in the U.S that are suffering from not having any more at and no one tries to do anything about this. Whereas a native American (not that i have anything against them) can come into the U.S and receive monthly income just for leaving here. I think this is something that absolutely makes no sense to me and something shall be done about this situation.

The Supreme Court has ruled that American citizens do not have the right to elect their own Supreme Court justice but the federal government also regulates this. As one who grew up outside the U.S. and attended private public schools in the states then I see no reason why the U.S. should not give citizens a voice in judicial proceedings. If the federal government wanted to keep such rights on citizens and hold accountable the judicial branch, the solution would be for the federal government to act in a way that minimizes the time and expense involved in enforcing the laws. This is very similar to what will be done by citizens who are able to have their personal government documents such as birth certificate, passport, medical records, and many other documents, including their income and property records. It is difficult to imagine the world without this. If you are an individual who is born here, do not expect that you will need to be in court to defend your privacy, your family, and the state of the country.
