Aims of Coca Cola
Introduction In this report I will be explaining how Coca Cola’s promotion is integrated with the rest of the marketing mix to achieve its marketing aims and objectives. I will also be explaining the connection between promotional activity and the achievement of the marketing aims and objectives. I will also be stating the marketing aims and objectives of Coca Cola. Aims of Coca Cola Coca Cola has a mission to:To refresh the worldTo inspire moments of happiness and optimismTo create value and make a differenceThese are the main aims of Coca Cola as they want to set out aims that they can achieve and with the products they have created it shows that they are able to meet these aims, for example the beverages they bought out such as Oasis and Coke shows that they have refreshed the world, inspired moments of happiness and they have created a value and made a difference to the world of beverages.Objectives of Coca Cola The objectives Coca Cola have set out to ensure that they achieve their goals are: People: Being a great place to work, where people are inspired to be the best they can bePortfolio: Bringing to the world a portfolio of beverage brands that anticipate and satisfy peoples desires and needsPartners: Nurturing a winning network of partners and building mutual loyaltyPlanet: Being a responsible global citizen that makes a differenceProductivity: Be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving organisationThese objectives have been set out by Coca Cola to ensure that they meet their aims. The objectives they set out are step by step goals they can meet in order to reach the aims they have set out.Product Coca Cola is one of the best beverages and is known all around the world. However without promoting the beverage people will not know about it, therefore by promoting the product it will allow customers to know about the product and eventually allow them to buy the beverage. With customers buying the drink it will mean Coca Cola are one step closer to meeting their aims and objectives. The reason for this is because Coca Cola original, beverage allows customers to “refresh their world” which means they will be coming across a beverage with a unique taste and colour which will ensure that Coca Cola will be meeting their aims and objectives due to the fact they “inspiring moments of happiness and optimism” as Coca Cola original will be creating happy moments for the customers that buy and drink the beverage due to its unique and desirable taste. By promoting the product in various places means that “it has also made a difference everywhere the customers go”. The reason for this is because Coca Cola original is seen everywhere we go such as every shop available, restaurants and abroad.
