Leadership Motivation AssessmentLeadership Motivation AssessmentDominque JohnsonSOC/11009/06/2016Leadership Motivation AssessmentFor week three course, we were assigned to take a Leadership Motivation Assessment that was provided by a website named Mindtools. Mindtools.com specializes in offering a variety of tools and information to help the average person excel in whatever career endeavor that you are trying to achieve. The assessment that was provided for the class was a leadership test to show my leadership skills. After taking the test, the scare provided a score of 62%. This score does not surprise me at all. I am currently a manager at an in-home living facility. The patients that are being assisted are elderlies with different kinds of dementia. As a manager, covering 85 employees and 215 patients can be challenging. Although there can be a lot of confrontation, it is well managed and runs the business smoothly.

Every two weeks on a Tuesday, there is a mandatory meeting on how management can provide awareness and apply new changes to the company. Every day, on every shift there is a brief meeting of how many patients was admitted into the community. Also, how many residents has passed and what the employees can do to remember the patients by. Although I am in upper management, I also work in teams. Leadership with other leaders is a team in itself. Working with employees can be fun, and it also can be a challenge. Working together and communication is a big factor in working at the Assistant Living Community. Always be a great listener and lead with positive energy, motivate the employee when they are not focused. Always be attentive to staff and customers. Positivity and communication are the primary keys to success with working in teams. ReferencesLeadership Motivation Assessment. (2016). Retrieved from

I was once awarded a position at the Board of Directors of a small U.S. small business. I knew the board was looking forward to my joining it. After a conversation, a member of the board assured me I would not be fired until I met with the Board. I believe the board is going to give a firm statement today about the board’s decision to remove me as vice chair. Although I did attend a presentation about the new leadership that took place, I am still in the process of getting back into the U.S. and learning the leadership of the company. It would be interesting to know how management wants to make all the changes that I want to do. I can find an interview with the new leadership about their time at the Board of Directors with their interview with @dawndavids. I want to get it right and not fall short. With your comments and email, you are a great resource to help me reach the final decision.

I am an experienced teacher, and now have an incredible team at the Board of Directors of the U.S. Small Business Alliance (BBA) working hard to provide community leadership at its local, state, and federal level. I will be working as a Deputy Managing Director, who will take over overseeing a new and rapidly emerging collective leadership team and ensure that we can continue to grow as a nation. Thank you. Steve

I received a written notice early on on June 27, 2015 telling me about my situation with the BBA. A senior BBA employee said that she understood that my position at the Board is going to cost millions of dollars in litigation and losses, and she must have believed me at the time. The BBA has no record of the kind of management experience we have at the Board. To the extent I can get out of jail, I will be able to serve the full year of my contract on probation and pay a total of $250,000. This is a far cry from my pay as Director, which was also $100,000 in arrears during the 2009 bankruptcy. I am also eligible to receive additional funding that will also allow me to work full-time, and will continue to work as an Assistant Director.

I am thankful that the BBA’s current and former leaders understand this matter and take immediate action to help me regain my financial security. I would like to invite your support.

Thank you for your service and feedback.

I am currently working full-time from home. In late 2014 I enrolled in an assistant teaching program called The University of Texas in College of Education in Houston. The program is funded by a federal grant, I am fortunate to work in and be a teacher. This job and the fact that there is my tenure at Texas College of Education is very interesting to me. While I was employed under my own name (and to such a degree and degree that my position as assistant faculty member was being terminated), I was never fired. But as an assistant professor and as President of the UTA, I had to resign. I have seen faculty members and students resign for being “too liberal,” or, for not engaging or not pursuing a leadership role to begin with. This type of behavior was consistent throughout time of my tenure in Texas. At that time, these two things were true: an assistant professor was needed to continue to perform on the faculty for faculty, and to complete an annual budget. I was a good student but I was also often dismissed or given no tenure at all. I have asked my university to pay me $13,500 to remain on the
