not only good, but a lot better. Better than just having a manager for me and one for everyone. Our management team worked hard while creating this solution without us on the job, which will not be an issue for most store workers. The customer is our only priority and the customer is our only way to stay in this place. The customer doesn’t want it to be me, or anybody else, any more. We have no choice but to use you as a team member as well.

It seems that we got a great solution. After a couple of years we have realized that this was not only an organizational decision from us but from the fans too. But now the project was successfully raised in the stores and now the marketing team is aware that we are well on our way to achieving this. With the first step, I was wondering if I would like to use social media marketing to sell my business. I’ve had the idea for some time of trying to get people to join me, when I realized that the process did not work for me, I tried Facebook and Twitter as well. However, the business came to me with the idea to create a social media campaign and create social media marketing tool.

From this case, although ZARA has lots of outstanding record in this industry, we can see a responsible company, which still put a lot of effort to improve its system to shift time -consuming work away from store employees and its in-store logistics. In my opinion, the last paragraph showed the secret of its success. ZARA try to make change every day without hurt the mature system, although now everything looks perfect.
