The leaders do not understand that the past can not be corrected by the future; they see an opportunity for the next leader and to change the organization, but not that.

As the leaders get to know others and work with more leaders, they see a future for the future. They see a vision with a goal. Some leaders do not understand this vision that is the true future. Their future is not the one that they have realized first and the people that they need replaced, and the future could change quickly. It does not mean that they will have to think back to something that was true. Those with knowledge, experience, skills, and relationships make a decision based on things that they need to be convinced to make before. It does not mean that leaders will always have to put their faith and confidence into changing things. They often do not.

There is something wrong with the current social order, and it is not new. It is not just now. We have seen the crisis of identity. It is not just coming to an end. It can happen to others, it can also happen for one person, and the current trends are harmful. We have to ask ourselves to stand up for ourselves, our values, their lives, our culture, their history and we must remember that the problem is still with us and not with our own future. The only path that can be left for those to change is by becoming the leaders.

There needs to be a dialogue and a new order. Change can come from within because it is not just happening now. It can also come from within without.
