Marijuana-GMO Contains Some of the most Dangerous And High-Risk Chemicals in Medical Marijuana (W.M. Cora, 2013). This recent book offers an in-depth description of a substance that contains many of the toxic chemicals used in medical marijuana. Unlike pharmaceuticals, marijuana is not classified as a Schedule 1 drug. It is also not classified as a Schedule 2 drug under existing federal law. In the book, published in October 2012, the World Health Organization classified the psychoactive substance schedule 1 as a schedule 3 drug, though many researchers say some of these same substances may include some of the more dangerous chemicals we saw when we first heard about it at the beginning of the drug ban. For now the World Health Organization is going to be reviewing the effects of marijuana. This has been a major issue related to medical marijuana. There is some very specific information about Schedule 1, which explains its ability to kill.

The Food and Drug Administration classified the Schedule I schedule 1 in 2012 when we said it was a Schedule II (commonly called the MDA). This means that it has no medical use. For nearly 20 years now we have put a lot of scientists on the front line to study the effects of medications on those with certain medical conditions called epilepsy and many others. We still have little to show for it when you take the drug. We know because of a large study done in the United States in 1995. It was so important that in 1997 Americans started to find epilepsy that involved a high-dose treatment. It’s almost impossible to treat with a high-dose drug, let alone a medication. As of January of this year, we have about 700 people who show seizures and we are only starting to study the effects on children in the United States. We have started to see cases in which people with epilepsy or other conditions have had seizures for years after getting the treatment. The FDA has told us that even though the most important part is getting the drug into the body well after your seizures, it is still time and expense to use it, keep it for 20 years, make the medication available to families for treatment or see how effective it is. It is important that you get the drug into your body to have the symptoms of seizure, even after the medication is taken.

There is a much smaller group of patients that do have seizures and have not used narcotics. We call them “scousal illness,” and we can take a few doses at most. A lot of times these patients are coming from states where the drug is illegal or where we are prohibited from making such a treatment because of federal and state regulations. Some of those patients are taking the medication because they have some serious medical complications and they have taken it for a medical reason. Their pain is still debilitating. We have patients who don’t realize they have epilepsy but they are going to have a pretty scary day. They are going to want to wait for some kind of medication to clear their pain out, so they go to the doctor. In the book the author describes another patient who came into

Market StructureThe soft drink industry is a global marketing phenomenon. In essence, it is simply a blended water drink with sweeteners, flavors and additives. The success in advertising and marketing this product lies in convincing billions of consumers to drink these instead of straight water or other less expensing alternatives. The brand recognition of this industry is extraordinarily high. In 2002, world sales exceeded US $193 billion. In contrast, fruit sales were just US $69 billion. Global consumption is currently in excess of 327 billion liters.

Pepsi and Coca-Cola, between them, hold the dominant share of the world market. Cadbury Schweppes follows a close third. Coca-Cola has approximately half of the world market share and sells 4 out of the top 5 soft drink brands in the world. Coca Cola sales for 2006 reached US $24.1 billion. It has profit margins of 20% and a market capitalization of US $130 billion. Pepsi sales stood at US $36 billion but this also includes snacks and other foods.

Some analysts view the definition of soft drinks incomplete and wish to add ready to drinks also, to this industry. If they are added as well, these would add another 1.3 billion servings to 50 billion servings for these drinks

Marketing ObjectivesFuture growth for Soft Drinks will emerge from their focus shift towards the global market as well as the health conscious market. They are implementing and continuing to build on their global strategy . Soft Drinks would like to continue to market to countries around the world outside of the United States. They are having growth in emerging markets in Pakistan, India and Western ASIA .This will be their major focus in the future, because they feel this is where their major growth opportunities lie.

Consumers are moving towards a healthier lifestyle, which in turn is causing Soft Drinks to expand their products to continue to meet their needs. Soft Drinks has been performing trials on their Minute Maid Heart Wise orange juice to prove that it does help lower cholesterol and improve health.
