Deterrence it’s a form of punishment and it could be a shame and warning to other criminals. Deterrence also focuses on prevention of crime in future. It was found by two philosophies Bentham and Becaria in 18century.

Incapacitation
Restorative justice that’s a form of punishment, and it’s like second change for criminals to keep them away of criminal life. That’s like a tool to help the people that need help to educate them and make them understand that this process will help them.

Rehabilitation
I agree most with restorative justice because for me it looks like this is not punishment this is help for criminals to make them understand that they are doing wrong and they need to change that.

Now that you are familiar with deterrence write a 2 to 3 page paper discussing how deterrence relates to humiliation. This is a form of deterrence gaining popularity among law makers. Ohio uses deterrence in to the oldest form, which is humiliation. Ohio requires all first time DUI offenders to wear a yellow license plate while on suspension with driving privileges.
