Frontera Mex-Mex Grill Evaluation
The restaurant business is a huge industry most people around the world use and go to, whether its to grab a quick meal at a fast-food restaurant or to receive full service from waiters/waitresses at a dine in restaurant. Restaurants have many tools that they can use to be successful in their endeavors, but failure to take advantage of such tools can be detrimental in the road of success. People have their opinions and always criticize on the service or the quality of the food. I did my restaurant evaluation on Frontera Mex-Mex Grill in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I decided on this restaurant because I frequently go to this restaurant with my family and friends, so I am familiar with the food and the setting. The 3 main criteria that will used to evaluate this restaurant are the atmosphere, customer service, and the pricing and quality of the food.

The first criterion used to evaluate Frontera Mex-Mex Grill is the atmosphere of the restaurant. Upon entering you notice that it has a casual family-friendly atmosphere. The second criterion used to evaluate this restaurant was the customer service received from the employees. A hostess named, Jackie, opened the door for us when we approached the entrance. She greeted us with a friendly smile saying, “Hi! How are you?” We went through the entrance and were given a second warm greeting by another hostess named, Ebelene, who seemed to be the main person who seats the guests. Because it was a Friday night, it was busy and there was a 30 minute wait. Ebelene, who seemed very efficient, wrote down my information as I was saying it to her. She then handed me a pager labeled #7. After about 25 minutes, the pager started buzzing indicating that we were being called to the hostess stand to be sat. Even though it was busy, our waitress Sonia was able to answer all of our questions we had about the menu. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food and our order arrived in a timely fashion. However, when we were finished dining around 7:00 PM and heading out the door,
