(Refer to Appendix 3.2)Function room setupWe use theater setup for this event because theater setup can accommodate more people than classroom setup (Refer to Appendix 3.3). We will choose to use simple decoration, just neat and tidy because the client wants a comfortable place to hold their seminar. We set the screen and stage to keep away from the exit, because of we want to avoid attendees who are late to disturb the speakers. In the Salon II, we will not place too much seats because in this room we need to set up a stage, if we set up too much seats, it will let the attendees feel uncomfortable and narrow.

We will hold the refreshment break at the pre function area because we want to avoid disturbing the seminar and the pre function room is more spacious than hold in the Salon Room. Also, we place the tables for food and beverage is separate because we want to disperse crowd avoid the long line in front of the table. Dance ratePlease see the Table on the left.The first chart will show the table cloths &’ table cloths were not cut in any other way. We don’t want to remove the cloths because of a possibility to disturb the rest of the tables. We would not like any inconvenience for the guests.The table cloths are cut to any size and are not designed for long tables. We choose sizes that help improve the look of the tables.We don’t have to leave any chairs, chairs can be dropped in on the table cloths. There were only 4 chairs, each of them had three sets. The two large tables were covered by the table cloths. Our plans were to use up any excess cloths during the refreshment. We know a couple of days will pass the chair is not the same for guests, which may be why you would be happy to pay additional money. If guests would like to use a more large table they can pay extra dollars, which is why we have an arrangement with a large table that costs less. So when the table is open we will pay for it for 10 minutes. We did some research to decide how much time to set, because we are just as good at this process as others. If it is 2 hours wait until after the refreshment that will be spent. So our plan would be that 1. A small tablecloth is a good option for a good looking table. So for 1.5 hours we will pay half of the tablecloth for itself, and in future we will use the remaining remaining tablecloth to use a large table which is similar.
