Hypothesis:聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽I believe that Schramm should recommend parallel development to the PPR committee. This plan consists of preparing all RIM grommets while also having IHG available as well. This seems to be the best option in regards to Packard Electric鈥檚 expectations as well as the cost/benefit of each option. 聽Although costs would be higher, this option provides an aggressive but reliable route to making the customer happy.Proof/Action聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽This option follows the original plan to implement the RIM grommet for the 1992 cars. Packard Electric had been expecting a plan to replace IHG with RIM so this fulfills that promise. 聽RIM has so many benefits which makes it the essential move for Packard Electric. For example, the RIM greatly reduces the complexity of the initial feed through design, is cheaper to design, and saves space in the pass through area. Most importantly, the RIM is new technology which would drop costs significantly as employees become familiar with the technology.

The Packard Electric Plan to build and support the IHSR

As the project evolved into a PPR, several changes of some degree came into being.

路 Large scale new equipment and support structure is also needed in the first few years;

路 New equipment and support structures must be located within the IHSR so that they can meet the needs of our employees, clients and industry groups.

路 Packard Electric does not offer any equipment, facilities, support or maintenance which is not at the level already experienced by this project. The work carried out by the RIM design team will be integrated into one of the most successful pacts of PPR projects.

路 A new PPR is necessary for the development of the pacts to meet Packard Electric’s priorities.

路 A pact that includes the work carried out in 1995-1996 with the PPR committee, is now in working order. The final pact, as prepared for Packard Electric’s approval in April 2005, takes effect in February 2006. The PPRs must still be completed in the following years

路 The first of the PPR committees shall review the Packard Electric Plan. All the elements necessary to prepare the plan for the PPR project shall be in place by March 26, 2007 in New Jersey.

路 The full PPR committees will be formed pursuant to Article 1, section 23 of the PPR Convention – which describes the PPR work set out in Article 1, section 24 of the PPR Convention – and will report to Packard Electric within 90 days.

路 The meeting of the committee members by the day after the final PPR meeting is scheduled has to have a date of 11:01 a.m. Monday in New Jersey.

路 It is agreed that there are to be a maximum of 20 PPR meetings on Tuesday.
