By expanding their business, KFC learned unrivaled success by being different, not by being the same. They used market segmentation to penetrate various markets in the whole world.

Since the current market is the only one that can offer any of the authentic traditional Indian and Asian dishes, KFC and KFC are able to offer them a premium taste, which is unique and special to them.
