Interesting article, for my personal experience, dealing as a user of multiple communication frequencies. I recognize that ramps and dispacth locations are the bussiest one. For sure this type of products will help to reduce delays and make work more friendly to controllers and dispacthers.
I can identify this type of product as an need for my airline, that would help it survive and meet their objectives. Saving thousands of dollars in fuel and reducing delays in flights. Costumer satisfaction will improve by reducing ground times in some sense.
