Introduction
The skin is the largest organ of the body, covering the entire body. The skin serves to regulate body temperature, provide protection, sensation excretion, immunity, blood reservoir and vitamin D synthesized. Owing to this, care should be taken to keep away from any skin related diseases. The examples for common skin diseases are allergic eczema, cold sore, pemphigoid, psoriasis, rosacea, hives, vitiligo, wart, ulcers and cutaneous candidiasis.

Nowadays, cosmetics products are widely used for skin care. For examples: skin – care creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks and so forth. Due to this, a campaign for sale cosmetics is organized for the purpose of ensuring the safety of those cosmetics products for the benefits of all consumers.

Safe cosmetics for skin disease
For different kinds of skin diseases, different safety cosmetics are required for their specific purposes.
Rosacea
The skin of many rosacea sufferers may be sensitive and easily irritated. Any products that burn, sting or irritate their skin such as alcohol, witch hazel, fragrance, menthol and so on should be avoided. Also, astringents and exfoliating agents are avoided. Sunscreens or sun block with SPF of 15 or higher is recommended. Zinc or titanium dioxide is used as alternate if chemical sunscreens cause irritation.

Eczema
Many types of cosmetics as well as skin creams contain fragrances and ingredients that can cause itchy, dry skin and mild to severe eczema rashes. Hence, hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic products are advice for women with eczema. Hypoallergenic is a term that refers to a product which has fewer allergic agents. Noncomedogenic is a word used to describe creams, oils, lotions, sunscreens and cosmetics that do not serve to block or plug up pores. Sometimes noncomedogenic is known as “non-occlusive.”

Psoriasis
In case of psoriasis, topical medications available including topical corticosteroids, vitamin D analogue creams, topical retinoids, moisturizer, topical immunomodulators, coal tar, anthralin, and others. Moisturizers, expecially with therapeutic concentrations of salicylic acid, lactic acid, urea and glycolic acid are helpful in psoriasis.

Ichthyosis
Ichthyosis refers to a group of inherited disorders of keratinization characterized by scaling and more or less diffusely involving the entire surface of the body. The treatment for it includes application of ointments or creams containing substances that deal with keratolysis and hydration of the horny layer.
