1-The main key of success for Starbuck is the quality policy. The company offers its customers high quality in every aspect. One of the aspects is that; it buys high quality coffee only beans (Arabica beans) from Sumatra, Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica. Moreover, the company is careful about roasting and brewing the coffee beans and gives service experiences via baristas in order to keep the standardize taste of the coffee for every costumer.

The second aspect is that stores of the Starbucks are designed very carefully in order to enhance the quality, to suit and address the costumers’ see, touch, hear, smell, in other words costumers’ feelings and emphasizes to create a warm and comfortable environment for the customers. They have to be careful these concept, because its vision is third place that means the company portrays itself as a point that serves as the bridge between the work place and home for the consumers. Also, Starbucks symbolizes not just a coffee house, but also a favorable coffee center with experience.

The last point is its mission that one person-one cup and neighborhood at a time. Employees understand the point of the mission and contribute to the development of the mission.

To point out the values of the brand and sources of the equity are; always high quality coffee, high quality ingredients and raw materials and machinery, supply excellent staff, educating the customer about the perception about the coffee and keeping them satisfied.
