Situational Analysis: Mit Parekh, founder of CycloMeet, is confused on whether he should scale up CycloMeet – the cycling community which coaches’ professionals for long distance cycling or stick to its current strength. He founded CycloMeet four years ago with goal of bringing together the cyclist community and help them overcome sedentary lifestyle. CycloMeet was organized with the motive of socializing with like-minded people and offer them support. CycloMeet started to gain recognition after cyclists posted their pictures with Mit online and shared how they have achieved 100% success rate and now they can cycle double the distance they used to cycle, all through Mit’s help. Soon CycloMeet grew to the strength of 150 people and demand to enrol is unending. This demand and request from people around the city who wanted to get fit and overcome their weight issues has put Mit under dilemma of scaling CycloMeet.

Problem Statement: Whether Mit should scale up CycloMeet without compromising its institutional nature to meet the growing demand or stick with the current strength.

1. Mit can expand CycloMeet to meet the demand by splitting the groups across Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida 2. CycloMeet should stick to current strength of 150
