There are many online sources for BPD. For many of the chat rooms you have to be accepted into the group. I have narrowed it down to a web site that offers live chat, message boards, general information on the disorder, and much more.

The name of the support group is: BPD Sanctuary
The website for resourceful information regarding this disorder is:
The website I went to for a support group is:
These websites were accessed February 27, 2004.
On the first website listed there are many volunteer contacts that offer their e-mail for more information on the disorder. I was unable to find contact information for a moderator for the support group. They do list a sponsor: 1-800-Therapist.

The support group offers message boards and e-mail. You can e-mail other group members if they have chosen to provide their e-mail address. You can also post, reply, and receive messages from other users through the message boards.

There are no specific meeting times for this group. You can participate any day and anytime.
Although this support group is meant for people who are diagnosed with BPD, there is no way to differentiate.
Through the message boards people can find support and answers for their questions. Some examples of posts one might find refer to different types of medicine, recovery, triggers, and feelings. These members seem to rely on each other between their therapy sessions. Everyone seems to enjoy the information and support they receive through this group.

My username for the support group I investigated is:
