Business Torts
Tort 1
The first tort would be against the opposing player that broke the quarterback’s arm and injured a fan in the stand. The plaintiff would be the fan and the defendant would be the opposing team player. This claim of a tort stands due to the fact that the way the opposing player attacked the quarterback causing the potential to harm the player and neglecting to realize the potential harm to bystanders around watching the game. One agreement that could be used in the defendants’ defense is that the act that caused injury is part of the game and that the act was done by the quarterback’s inability to control the ball.

Tort 2
The lady at the concession stand that starts yelling at Mike caused a tort by costing Mike his job due to the scene she made. Mike would be the plaintiff and the lady would be the defendant. The claim of the tort would be defamation of character with the loss of wages and employment. The argument that Mike could use was the situation that occurred earlier with Adam who is responsible for Rubina smell like beer due to he is the one that spilled it on her.

Tort 3
Adam would be responsible for the torts that lead to the accidental shooting and death of his wife. Mike would be the defendant while Adam, due to being the spouse of the deceased, would be the plaintiff. Although, Mike shot the fatal shot that caused the death of Adam’s wife, Mike had a permit to carry the weapon and only sought out to use the gun in protection of his minor niece who was being treated by Adam who was pointing a gun at Rubina’s face. So Mike was acting in self defense which he could use as a defense.
