E-BUSINESS MODEL VENN DIAGRAM 3
The e-Business model, or framework, explains how a business operates, how it offers a product or service, how it creates revenue and how it constructs and adjusts to new markets and technologies. The e-Business model has four long-established components as displayed in the above diagram. In a flourishing business the business model components work in sync in a cooperative and supportive method.

The e-business concept explains the validation of the business, goals, vision, and product or offerings from which it will net profits. The success of the model is based on the market analysis which pinpoints what consumers are likely to purchase the product and the amount they are willing to pay.
