According to our survey on the spot and the data analysis, we had selected several alternative buildings for the location of Citibank Zhuhai Branch. We recommend the Wealth-Commerce Building(WCB) as our first choice. WCB is located in the 88th of Haibin North Road in Xiangzhou, Zhuhai, a newly-built 28-floors office building. It’s on the letting phases and the building will be ready for decorating in the first quarter of next year, that is exactly corresponding to the time of new branch establishment. The first floor(in the northeast side) is suitable for sales department, while the operation department will be located upstairs where provide the space for expanding. Each floor area is almost 1040㎡.
