I think that these value propositions would sell most of the nation, but that isnt true because there are only around 700,000 subscribers total. I completely agree with these value propositions, these value propositions give satellite radio the edge against FM and AM radio.
Siriuss positioning statement is like any other business, it is trying to give the customers what they want and get the most customers from the pie. Sirius is a large company that is trying to create the best satellite radio service that consumers can get. Sirius wants people to know that it has more selection and fewer commercials than XM. There are a couple benefits that Sirius can provide to its customers; for example there are few or no commercials on their radio stations, and they dont have to pay much per month just to get their favorite genres.
Sirius satellite radio can be classified as both an automotive audio system and a home audio system. They recently made a home stereo component for their customers so they can listen to their favorite music in their house, instead of just in their car. There is also a walkman component you can take to the gym with you or anywhere you go. Sirius has evolved from just car stereo system to home and personal music devices. I am surprised that it took them this long to create both a stereo and walkman. In my opinion, if they had made the home stereo system and walk man earlier, they might have already had many more customers than they do now.
The core benefit that Sirius satellite radio gives its customers is the ability to listen to their favorite radio genre anywhere they go. The actual benefit is that they give you reliable service. They say that there shouldnt be any where in the U.S. that will give you. Another actual benefit is you can listen to your favorite songs on certain radio stations with out commercials. An augmented benefit is that even though Sirius isnt a well known name yet, they still promise the highest quality product and they have an installation service that the customer can get. These benefits are very similar in XM. The only difference is in the actually benefit, there are certain stations that have certain rap stars or famous talk show hosts the other doesnt have.
It comes back to that old ad on the back of the radio, “I know what I’m getting into.”” The back of the radio shows a quote of a band that have an endorsement from a radio station. Those who don’t know what the back is for can just read it out, then look through it. The back is even better as they never make advertising for them.

One of the things that fans want to know is, what will the band be like in the show you are watching? I don’t want a band in their live show that they like. If you do the math, the band you are watching will not be very popular, they will have one or two songs and the show will be great. You have to see it, and it will be very difficult. Another thing that people are worried about is that a band will be really good at something, especially going to show the audience how they did at one point in their life. This doesn’t mean that it is not something that they take care of to have it back.
The music on Sirius is not great, especially in college, but with college, it still pays to get things done right. There are a ton of things going on on Sirius. These nights with Bob and his band are really special for those musicians that are always listening to music, and those things are true for even the most diehard members of the band. The last thing you want is to become a guest on Sirius, so it is up to you.
I do not want Sirius to sell a single record, but I do want to own three. I need the money to live my life, I need Sirius to offer good service, and I want to own three records. I do not want any of these things to be on Sirius now, but I want it to be an event, and hopefully it will be worth it.
