2014-2015 FALL SEMESTERProje Tasarımı ve YönetimiDoç.Dr. Bersam BOLAT  e-mail: [email protected]: Elif İdemen – e-mail : [email protected] CONTENT: This course is planned as an entrepreneurship project design and management course that contains all managerial, technical and analytical processes, between the generation of innovative business ideas and the valuation/termination of the business projects  These phases includes conceptual design of the projects, evaluation, selection and feasibility analyses, designing the project organization, planning the project, integrating the processes, directing and implementation of the project activities, analyzing risks, project monitoring, controlling and auditing.CASE STUDIES:10 Case Studies – Assigned to student groups (6-7 student/group) Each week, reports of the selected case will be presented by the assigned group. For each case, one group (Presenter Group) will prepare the Case Study Report based on the guidelines and questions given. Case Study Reports will be submitted to Course Assistant before the presentation. For each case, one other group (Discussion Group) will prepare questions about the case and will submit these questions before the presentation.  Case Study Question List will be submitted to Course Assistant before the presentation. Also an additional Integrated Case will be presented by the all class. Questions of this Integrated Case will be distributed among Teams and will be announced by the Lecturer.Integrated Case Study Answers will be submitted as a written report to lecturer before the presentation.Any contribution to the case presentations by the students that are not the members of the Case Study Presenter Group will be graded by the lecturer.TERM PROJECT will be prepared by the same student groups . Final Project Report will be submitted in the 14th WEEK.
