From the calculation above my BMI falls in Normal weight 18.5-24.9
Daily routine: I downloaded an app My Fitness Pal in my phone about two weeks ago to calculate my calories each day and my daily goal is to reach to 1,200 calories per day. In order to lose one pound each week. This is what I calculated from a day.

Morning: Wake up at 8am, brush my teeth, and serve myself two whole grain waffles with whipped crème and one glass of non-fat milk. 256 calories.
Once finished with my breakfast I wash the dishes and see the television for half an hour, I go straight to my room to work on discussions and homework for at least three hours. Within those three hours I consumed two glasses of water.

I take a break from school business and grab a snack- a cup of cherries adding up to 74 calories then do chores around the house. Approximately it takes me two hours and a half to do three beds, take out the trash, clean the floors, pick up clothes/items around the house, organize what is out of place, and water the plants in this weather condition. I would consider this cardiovascular for the reason Im moving around, pushing myself to do all this with the weather Im facing at the moment.

I would estimate that I burned 22 calories for going back and forth when I was cleaning the floors and being outside in the sun while watering the plants.

Afternoon: I drink a glass of water after Im finished and grab myself lunch; I went to Subway- six-inch oven roasted chicken (9-grain honey oat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, and honey mustard) 370 calories. As my beverage I had a glass of water.

Evening: When I am finish I go back in doing work (homework) for the next three hours or so until its almost time for dinner; my boyfriend takes me out to eat Thai food- individual Coconut milk soup with Thai ice tea (beverage) 343 calories.
