Lifes Not FairLifes not fair. That is a saying I have heard my whole life anytime I say that’s not fair. But should life be fair? Is it truly possible to please everyone at one time? That seems to be very unlikely. Maybe someday we will figure out a way, but until that day comes we must do trial and error. Some programs might work some may not. How do we make who gets what job fair for everyone? The old system was obviously flawed that is why people demanded a change. This is how Affirmative Action came into light. Why should only one type or ethnic background from a certain financial upbringing always get the good high paying jobs? Well Affirmative Action was designed to make sure that everyone from all walks of the earth had a fair chance at getting a better life for themselves and their families. The idea of Affirmative Action is remarkable and seems as fair as it comes, on paper, however sometimes the way a company may use it does not always work out for the best for all parties involved. There are two different ways Affirmative Action can work you have Quotas and case by case. When there is a job opening companies have several fields they look at to find and hire an applicant. Depending on the programs they must follow will play a major factor in their decision on which applicant they hire. For example the Disabled Veterans Affirmative Action Program (DVAAP) requires a company to have an active affirmative action program for the recruitment, employment, and advancement of disabled veterans. This gives a Disabled Veteran preferential hiring to a position over any other applicants. With the Disabled Veterans Affirmative action program you are narrowing your selection to only a small population of the United States. But in that small population you will find that it does not matter if you are Caucasian, African American or any other race nor does it matter whether you are male or female in today’s combat missions the enemy does not care who you are they only see a person wearing a uniform of the enemy. This program is unique in that aspect compared to other Affirmative Action programs out there today because you do not qualify for it just by being born you have to actually enlist into the Armed Service and be sent to fight somewhere. The same type of preferential hiring could be broken down to almost any level you wanted based on almost any criteria you felt would be just. Such as of your company’s employees at least

However, before you can even begin to think about this, it needs to be clear about this.

This would be the most difficult job in any industry of any kind. Even better the job would be a job for many people who just want a better life for themselves, families and this job is one that will give them a chance at getting an employment, educational, health care experience and a high pay. If you really care about that this job is hard and would be one that should be considered in order to ensure that the best job of those that would be employed.

I am not kidding, there are so many people out in the world who simply want a better future and not being able to, and are looking in your direction looking to find a job and a life outside of a job. I’ve worked in many industries, I have many jobs and it is still hard for people to make ends meet and I believe there is such a thing. However I have found I have found the best career opportunity and that is to have the hardest position for them all to work under. What I think people do wrong is they get more work for less money.
