The Grand Banks are a group of underwater plateaus southeast of Newfoundland on the North American continental shelf. The Grand Banks were important because it was a major source for fishing. Today, the Grand Banks cod fishery is endangered, with stocks dangerously depleted by over-fishing and environmental changes.
Who is John Cabot and what did he do?
John Cabot was an English explorer in competition with Columbus for the discovery of America. Newfoundland and Labrador. Called Vinland by the Norse. You could also say North America, 1497 he was from Bristol England.

They would have deadly weapons the natives havent yet been introduced to.
In the end I would probably agree to let the Europeans come because it would expand the empire greatly and it would also help them take down their enemies, as they would be in an alliance.

The environment is suffering because of human demand. We want everything there is to get; yet we dont use it properly. We take everything for granted because we think there will be an unlimited supply of all the natural resources. But were wrong. It doesnt work like that. Take water as an example, all the water in the world isnt clean and therefore it cannot be used as drinking water. Or even cutting down trees to make paper. We use way too much paper and just take it for granted.

Jacques Cartier was one of Giovanni Verrazanos officers when the new king asked him to continue looking for the Northwest Passage after Verrazanos expeditions were all failures. He started sailing from Saint Malo and found Labrador and Newfoundland, as well as Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. When he reached there, he claimed the territory for France, as well as kidnapped the sons of a local Iroquois chief and went back to France with the sons.
